   We are located near Cave Creek and Mountain View Road in Phoenix, AZ. A beautiful

  home, tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood on a gorgeous mountain preserve. 

  Our home has private and semi-private rooms and is licensed for 10 residents. We have 

  been in operation since 1998 and continue to deliver quality care everyday. Unlike

  traditional nursing homes, our homely (almost bed and breakfast like) feel will put your

  loved one right at home. At Mountain Village we believe that life is enhanced not only by

  love and caring, but also by environment. And the way that we show this is through our

  daily activities (Bingo, Soccer, Movies, Balloon games, etc.), music, and color variations

  throughout our home. Know that our success is measured by your loved one's happiness.
